Craig Fearn
I run Stable and Hoof, which makes personalised horse gifts to order. Every product on the site is made when someone places an order; nothing is warehoused. The brand exists because horse owners already have a small mountain of generic horse-themed homewares and what lands as a gift is something that names their specific horse.

I'm the one who writes the breed guides, gift collection pages, and product descriptions on the site. Where I cite a breed society, a studbook, a Rare Breeds Survival Trust priority listing, or a competition calendar, I link to the source. Product facts (paper, frames, sizes, delivery) come from the live catalogue.
What I write about here
- Breed guides: 21 guides to British, Irish, European and American breeds, horse types and coat colour, each with breed-specific knowledge and a gift note for that breed
- Gift collections: occasion-, price-, and recipient-based guides
- Gift guides by recipient: picks for horse owners, riders, mums, dads, stable managers, and equestrians more broadly
- The collection: the name print, the photo print, the portrait and the curated artworks, all made to order
