A clear, well-lit photo with the horse as the subject: the whole head in frame and the eyes in focus. Upload the original file rather than a screenshot.
How long does delivery take?
Everything is made to order, then sent free to UK addresses in 4 to 9 working days. Priority delivery is offered at checkout.
Can I return a personalised gift?
If it arrives damaged or wrong, we reprint or refund it: send photos within 30 days. A personalised piece is made to your specification, so the 14-day cancellation right does not apply once production starts.
